Bakoven Beach Villa:

There is a new beach experience just off the rocks in Bakoven, Cape Town!

The Beach Villa is in very close proximity of the Atlantic Ocean boulders rocks with magnificent panoramic views & exceptional sunsets to experience. It will take you 33 steps to get to the beach!

Sheltered from the wind & with crystal clear waters this is the ideal setting for the perfect summer experience, you will enjoy the breezy atmosphere when relaxing at the pool & hanging around the BBQ.

From the main entrance, you will access the ground level living area with a welcoming Dining area and well fitted kitchen.

The downstairs lounge has TV, DSTV, and Wifi. It leads onto the entertainment and pool area ideal for a braai.

The dining room has big table that can host up to 10 people.

A well-equipped, open plan kitchen leads off the dining room area.

There is a laundry with washing machine.

The first floor lay-out consists of a very spacious lounge with breath-taking ocean views where you can experience waves breaking on the big rocks. It is all about the stunning sea views that you can enjoy throughout!

The Master Bedroom is also on the 1st floor and boasts a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, hotel quality bedding and doors opening onto the private balcony overlooking the sea. The ideal setting for your morning coffee or you night toast of wine.

Bedroom 2 is also on the 1st floor, has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3: 1st floor with  twin beds and a shared bathroom.

Bedroom 4: is on the ground floor level with easy access to the pool, has a Queen Bed and an en-suite bathroom

Guests access:

The house will be entirely yours, ground floor, first floor, patio & pool, all areas will be for your access exclusively! An equipped staff’s quarters is also available upon request.

Neighborhood overview:

Bakoven is an Upper market residential area that hosts lots of visitors during summer months. It is centrally located, it is a 8min walk towards the Camps Bay boulevard to enjoy all the restaurants and pubs as well as the beautiful beaches, extending towards Cliffton & Bay Bay.

It merely takes 10 mn to Llandudno beach, 15mn drive to Houtbay and the scenic Chapman’s Peak or to access the City Center  within a short ride.

Getting around:

The My Citi bus stop is at 2min walk from the house door step, it will take you about 25mn to reach Cape Town internation airport. A lot of cyclists travel on Victoria Boulevard because of its beautiful scenic road.

Other things to note:

The area is well known by avid bikers enjoying the coastal line for its beautiful sights, a stop for a snack or breakky at the nearby Bootlegger is a must to fully enjoy the experience with fellow bikers.
